Return’s & exchange Policy

Any product bought from Pretdiaries will not be refunded. Policy effective from 20/oct/2017.


What is Pret Diaries’s  exchange policy?

Pret Diaries offers its customers a ‘ 5 DAYS EXCHANGE SERVICE ‘ which means you can raise the Exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery.

Is There Any Charges on Exchange on Any Defected Product?

No! there is no charges on Exchange for products that are defected (buttons , pearls hanging on border or tassels broken or misplaced will not be counted in free exchange). Our customer care center is there for you 24/7, you may contact them through whatsapp, send them the details on whatsapp i.e. your name, images of faulty product, description about product’s fault and your contact number, they will soon contact you and exchange your parcel within 5 working days without any cost.

Note: If u want to exchange faulty products, you will have to send the product first to the address provided and after receiving your product here , we will send your parcel to your designated address.

If We Don’t Like the Product Then How We exchange Them?

Pret Diaries had built its policies flexible for its customers, If any of our valuable customers don’t like our products or want to order any other product from our website in exchange of the order that they already got ,they can exchange with any other product by contacting our representative & we will send the selected product to your address provided accordingly. Replacement can be made within 5-10 working days. For this type of Exchange, Rs 250/pkr will be charged.

Note: Products that you Exchange must be in their original condition and packaging. Products once used cannot be exchanged in any manner.

Advance Payments In Case For Orders Above Rs. 10000

Under Our New Policy Rs. 1000 Advance for Orders above Rs. 10,000 will be paid by customers. Amount paid in Advance will be adjusted in the Cash On Delivery of Your Order.
