RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
– We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
– Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchange. Items will be exchanged at the current prevailing price.
– Please return goods with return form and mention the reason for returning the items.
– Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
– Delivery Charges will not be refunded. In case of free delivery, Rs.200 will still be deducted as the delivery expense
– Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
